Umbrellas are good for blocking rain and catching wind. Unfortunately when you use them in photography you don't want them to get wet or catch wind. While doing a location session the wind came through catching one of my umbrellas and crashing it, my new PocketWizard radio slave, and Flash into the concrete. It was a good thing that I had my backup equipment with me - the show must go on.
Everyone remember the Easter Mini Fundraiser for the HCHS Junior Prom. We will be set up all weekend on March 16, 17, and 18 in the High School Cafeteria.

Getting Geared Up
Getting ready for (hopefully) some pretty spring weather after this Winter season is over. Have plants and flowers ready to put out, as well as new lighting equipment to use for outside and location shoots.
Remember that the HCHS Prom Committee is hosting an Easter Portrait Fundraiser on March 16, 17, and 18 at the Hancock High School. Tickets are on sale and spots are filling up quick, contact a member of the Prom Committee or me to purchase a ticket and reserve a session.
